Ad Types

Regular ads are the standard, non-promotional ads posted by users. These ads are listed in chronological order based on the date and time of posting.
They do not have special highlighting, badges or placement priority.
They are displaced alongside other ads within their respective categories.
Their visibility depends on the natural flow of the listing; newer ads appear above older ones unless promotional options (e.g., bump up, top or featured) are applied. Thus, they are placed after featured ads or top ads, as these promotional ads have priority in visibility.

Featured ads are ads that are highlighted to stand out from regular listings.
These ads are typically displayed with a special design, background color or a “featured” badge.
They are displayed in a seperate section such as the homepage or the top of category pages, ensuring maximum visibility.

Top ads are positioned at the top of the listings, regardless of the chronological order of other ads.
These ads are always the first ads users see when browsing a category or search result.
They remain at the top of their respective categories or search results for a set duration.

This feature allows users “refresh” their ads and move them back to the top of regular listings. This helps older ads regain visibility by appearing as newly posted.
Once bumped up, the ads appears higher in the listing than others posted earlier.
