OJAILU BILLING POLICY

1. This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all payments, fees, and premium services available on the Ojailu digital marketplace (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Platform’ or ‘Ojailu’). Ojailu facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not process payments for goods purchased via the Platform. By using the Platform’s paid services, users agree to comply with this Billing Policy and all related terms incorporated by reference.

2. Ojailu does not process payments for goods purchased via the Platform, as it is not a direct seller. The Platform solely connects buyers and sellers and does not facilitate financial transactions between them. Buyers are responsible for handling payments directly with the respective sellers.

3. Ojailu offers a range of premium services designed to enhance the visibility, engagement, and effectiveness of listings. These services include Boost Plans, Featured Listings, and Advanced AI Enhancement Features. Each premium service is subject to the specific terms detailed below:
a. Boost Plans – Boost Plans provide increased visibility for listings by prioritizing them in search results and within relevant categories. They also extend listing durations and offer access to advanced analytics and
premium customer support.
b. Featured Listings – Featured Listings offer enhanced exposure by positioning listings on the homepage and in category-specific highlighted sections. Additional benefits include special visual enhancements and
premium listing badges.

4. To access premium services, users must select an appropriate service plan and make payment through an authorized payment method. Available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment solutions as approved by Ojailu.

5. Premium features are activated only after successful payment verification. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date. Payments made via third-party processors are subject to the security and policies of the respective payment provider.

6. Some premium services may be available on a subscription basis, requiring recurring payments. Automatic renewals will only occur if the user has expressly opted in. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

7. Certain payment methods may be subject to additional transaction fees imposed by financial institutions or payment processors. Ojailu does not assume responsibility for any such third-party charges.

8. All payments for premium services are non-refundable except in specific cases where service interruptions occur due to technical issues on Ojailu’s end that could not be resolved.

9. Once activated, premium services cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged. Users are responsible for reviewing their selected service before completing the payment process.

10. If a service disruption exceeds 24 consecutive hours and is caused by a technical failure within the Platform, Ojailu may, at its sole discretion, extend the service period or provide an alternative form of compensation.

11. Users must submit any disputes regarding billing or service failures through Ojailu’s official support channels within 14 days of the transaction. The resolution of disputes will be determined at the sole discretion of Ojailu.

12. Ojailu reserves the right to modify premium service offerings, pricing structures, service durations, and payment terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform’s notification system or via email.

13. Promotional offers such as discounts, special package deals, seasonal promotions, loyalty rewards, and new user incentives may be introduced periodically at Ojailu’s discretion.

14. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
a. Ojailu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account that violates the Platform’s Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.
b. In the event of account suspension or termination, any unused or remaining premium services, credits, or promotional benefits associated with the affected account shall be automatically forfeited without any refund, reimbursement, or compensation, regardless of whether such suspension is voluntary or imposed by Ojailu.
c. If an account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, Ojailu may, at its discretion, expire any unused paid services, credits, or promotional features associated with the account. The user shall not be entitled to a refund, reinstatement, or any form of compensation for such expired services.
d. For the avoidance of doubt, all paid services shall remain valid strictly for the duration of the specific package purchased at the time of payment, regardless of whether the user account remains active, inactive, suspended, or terminated during that period.

15. CHANGES TO THIS BILLING POLICY
We may update this Billing Policy to reflect changes in operations or regulations. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or the last updated date would be reflected below.

By purchasing and using Ojailu’s premium services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Billing Policy.

Effective Date : 25th day 0f July, 2025.
The Administrator reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
