Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate telemedicine consultations and patient appointments.
  • Liaise with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide administrative and operational support.
  • Maintain accurate patient and service records.
  • Support healthcare projects, customer service, and business operations.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN/RM) or B.NSc., OR a degree in Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Health Information Management, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Community Health, or another healthcare-related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
