We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and commercial strategy for ITEX’s agency-banking and PTSP channel.
  • You will build and scale agent acquisition, drive revenue and transaction volumes across regions, own GTM and partner relationships, coach the field sales team, and work with product/operations to ensure agent activation, liquidity and quality of service.
  • This role reports to Head of Business Development and is accountable for targets, agent lifecycle performance and commercial KPIs.

Experience / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance/Related) preferred; mobile money/fintech sector experience a plus.
  • 5+ years’ progressive sales experience in fintech, banking, payments or POS/PTSP environments; 2+ years in a leadership/line-manager role.
  • Proven track record growing agent networks, meeting acquisition and transaction targets.
  • Strong knowledge of agency banking operations: onboarding, float management, KYC/AML basics, agent monitoring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and coaching skills; comfortable using CRM and sales analytics.
