Our client is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure development projects. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in managing complex, large-scale projects from inception through completion.

You will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed project plans and schedules, managing project budgets and financials, and overseeing project teams, including contractors and consultants. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, liaising with government agencies, community stakeholders, and internal departments. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities are essential. The ability to anticipate and manage project risks proactively is paramount.

This position requires a candidate who is comfortable working on-site at project locations and managing field operations, with a primary focus on projects in and around Umuahia, Abia, NG. Travel to various project sites will be required.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in managing large infrastructure projects is mandatory.
