Since we do not have a legal entity in your country yet, you will sign a contractor agreement and handle your own taxes. However, this is not a secondary job or a freelancer arrangement, we are looking for people who want to grow with us full - time. What You’ll Do Build and ship Next.js applications using Figma designs as a guide. Design and develop scalable back - end solutions in NestJS. Architect and optimise high - performance APIs that power our web app, browser extensions, and other platforms. Work directly with founders and key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap. Take ownership of features from concept to production, ensuring quality and performance. Help grow the engineering team, playing a key role in hiring and mentoring other developers. Who You Are 4+ years of experience working with TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js. Strong understanding of dependency injection and modern frameworks. Experience working with PostgreSQL (Elasticsearch is a plus). Comfortable with Git and best practices for version control. Ability to write clear specifications, review pull requests, and maintain high coding standards. Fluent in English – you’ll be working with a globally distributed team.
