Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including performance dashboards and executive summaries.
- Analyze financial trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business drivers to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and modeling, including M&A activities, new product launches, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, understand operational drivers, and support their financial needs.
- Assist in the preparation of board materials and presentations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
- Stay abreast of accounting standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior management.
- Develop and track key financial metrics to monitor business performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and tools.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting roles.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS.
- Proficiency with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company is advantageous.
