About the Role

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, ensuring efficient coordination of daily operations, meetings, communications, and executive-level engagements. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage and prioritize the Executive's calendar to ensure optimal time management and scheduling efficiency
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Executive
  • Support preparation for high-level meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Track and manage key deadlines, commitments, and priorities on behalf of the Executive
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of executive directives
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the Executive

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-suite executives in a reputable organization
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an added advantage
