Your Impact

As a Senior Delivery Manager you will lead on business transformation projects including restructuring execution, turnaround, execution, operational excellence, strategic operations, operational strategy, operational consulting transformation and M&A post merger implementation and digital transformation projects. You will work at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained. You will also lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project. In addition you will act as a subject matter expert, combining experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients. Another part of your impact is to contribute to the implementation of our delivery groups growth strategy, and you will take responsibility on the development of the firm and grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.

You will be based in our Lagos office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with client's senior management and their specialist departments.
