Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision - makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders. Map target accounts and create penetration strategies to grow market share. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution demos for IT products/services such as:Asset management solutionsIndustrial IoT and automation systemsCloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ERP systems Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and handover to delivery teams. Monitor trends in the oil & gas industry (digital transformation, regulatory changes, HSE standards, automation, sustainability). Track upcoming projects, tenders, and vendor prequalification opportunities from major operators and service companies. Maintain competitor analysis to position the company’s offerings effectively.Maintain continuous engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross - sell opportunities. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve client issues promptly. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions. Lead the preparation of RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, commercial quotations, and bid documentation. Liaise with internal engineering, product, and finance teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client needs. Maintain structured documentation and CRM updates for all sales activities. Provide market feedback to internal product/engineering teams to support solution improvement or new product development. Contribute to strategic planning for expansion into new territories or service segments Prepare weekly/monthly sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports. Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards, procurement guidelines, and company policies (especially important in oil & gas environments).
