  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.

2. Key Account & Channel Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key high-value clients, including large OEMs, EPC contractors, industrial plants, fleet operators, and major workshops.
  • Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
  • Negotiate major contracts and long-term supply agreements.

3. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Engineers, Executives, and Representatives.
  • Set clear individual targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative team culture.

  • Possess and apply in-depth knowledge of generator engines (e.g., Perkins, Caterpillar, Cummins, MTU, Volvo, Deutz, etc.), alternators, and related components.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure part availability, correct technical specification, and timely delivery.
  • Resolve complex customer technical and commercial queries effectively.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, margin, market share, and inventory turnover.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline health.

  • Technical Knowledge: Must have a strong technical understanding of diesel/gas generator sets, their subsystems (engine, alternator, controller), and spare parts categorization (OEM vs. aftermarket, consumables vs. overhaul kits).
  • Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding significant sales targets, managing large key accounts, and growing market share.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Network: Established network of contacts within the power generation, industrial, and construction sectors in the region.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with international parts brands and understanding of global supply chains.
