The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new businessopportunities for the company’s range of transformers, and motor rewinding/bindingservices. This role involves direct client engagement, market research, technicalpresentations, and closing deals with industrial, commercial, and utility clients.The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical engineering conceptsand be capable of communicating technical details of transformer and motor repair solutionsto both technical and non - technical clients.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing• Generate new leads and expand the company’s client base in the transformer andmotor repair industry.• Promote sales of distribution and power transformers, motor rewinding services,and related electrical products.• Prepare and deliver persuasive technical and commercial proposals.• Negotiate contracts, quotations, and payment terms with clients.• Conduct site visits to assess client equipment and recommend suitable servicesolutions.Client Relationship Management• Maintain strong, long - term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.• Follow up with clients on service satisfaction and after - sales support.• Serve as the liaison between clients and the technical/service department for projectexecution.Market & Product Knowledge• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, pricing, and productimprovements.• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.Reporting & Documentation• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer databases.• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.• Number of new accounts acquired.• Client retention and repeat business rate.• Customer satisfaction and feedback score.• Accuracy and timeliness of reports submitted.Qualifications and Experience:• Education: B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or relatedfield.• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of sales experience in electrical equipment,industrial services, or power systems.• Technical knowledge of transformers, motors rewinding/repair services is anadded advantage.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Skills and Competencies:• Strong technical sales and negotiation skills.• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.• Result - oriented and target - driven mindset.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Good understanding of the power and industrial maintenance sector.
