Role Summary
We are hiring driven, target-oriented Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will work under the supervision of a Sales Engineer and collaborate closely with the technical team to convert leads into closed sales.
This role is performance-focused and is not suitable for candidates looking for a passive office role. You will be expected to actively prospect, make daily sales calls, follow up leads, and close deals consistently.
Compensation Structure (Important)
- Base Monthly Allowance (to support transport and basic expenses)
- Commission on every closed sale
- Performance is reviewed monthly
- Consistent failure to meet targets will lead to role review
This role rewards results, discipline, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a structured sales team under a Sales Engineer
- Make daily outbound sales calls (cold calls and sourced leads)
- Follow up company-generated leads and self-sourced prospects
- Book client meetings and site visits
- Present solar and electrical solutions with support from the technical team
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the Sales Engineer
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Target Performance Expectations
- Daily call targets - (up to 50 cold calls + follow-ups)
- Weekly activity and pipeline reviews
- Monthly revenue and deal-closure targets
- Strong follow-up discipline and reporting
Effort without results is not enough — performance matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, or customer acquisition experience (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of solar and electrical solutions
- Experience using CRM software
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Ability to commute daily to Lekki and environs
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Prior experience in solar, electrical, construction, or technical sales is an advantage
