Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on system design and development.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and projects.
- Expertise in circuit design, power electronics, embedded systems, and control systems.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., Altium, Eagle) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, microcontrollers, and FPGAs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
- Experience with firmware development is a plus.
