We are seeking a technically strong and well-rounded HR professional to join our team as a Regional HR Manager. This role is suited for someone who combines solid HR operations experience with the ability to think in systems, work with data, and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will play a key role in strengthening HR frameworks, supporting performance management, enhancing recruitment processes, and using data to drive better people decisions. The role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • CIPM certification or membership is an advantage.
