Job Title: QA/QC Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Quality Assurance/Control, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC role, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and ITPs.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material inspections and testing activities.
• Issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation.
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide quality guidance to site teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements related to quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and inspection methods.
• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Proven experience in quality documentation, reporting, and audit processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.

Added Advantage

• Professional certification in QA/QC or Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards).
• Experience on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
