Position: Project ManagerWork Location: Victoria Island, LagosIndustry: TelecommunicationsEmployment Type: Full - TimeRemuneration: NegotiableReady to Lead the Next Generation of Connectivity?We’re on a mission to transform how Nigeria communicates faster, smarter, and more connected than ever before.As a Project Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind the execution of large - scale telecom projects that drive our innovation.If you thrive in fast - paced environments and can bring order to complexity, this is your moment.Key Responsibilities• Lead end - to - end delivery of telecom projects (fibre, wireless, mobile, 5G, broadband, etc.) on time and within budget.• Coordinate cross - functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field operations.• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective project management.• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract compliance and SLAs.• Track project KPIs, prepare status reports, and provide executive - level updates.• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.• Lead stakeholder communication and proactively resolve escalations.• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.• PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification (preferred).• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex telecom projects in Nigeria or across West Africa.• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fibre optic networks, cellular towers, core network deployment, etc.).• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results.• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
