Patient–Doctor Forum Nigeria (PDF Nigeria), a national platform under the Healthcare Communications Initiative (HCI), is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as a Project & Events Coordination Assistant to support the planning and execution of the inaugural Patient–Doctor Forum Nigeria (PDF 2026) scheduled to hold in Abuja. PDF Nigeria focuses on strengthening communication, clarity, empathy, and human-centred care within Nigeria's healthcare system. The selected individual will work closely with the Convener to coordinate key planning activities leading up to the event.
Assist in coordinating planning activities for PDF 2026
- Track tasks, timelines, and planning milestones
- Support scheduling and preparation for meetings with partners and stakeholders
- Attend meetings and document key action points
- Assist in preparing and submitting official letters and invitations to institutions
- Follow up with invited organizations, speakers, and partners
- Support logistics coordination for the event
- Assist with registration coordination and stakeholder communication
- Provide general administrative and project coordination support.
Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in event planning, project coordination, communications, or administrative support for health NGOs is an advantage but not mandatory.
