Job Summary
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and driving the successful execution of multiple projects across The Paradigm Group. The role ensures that all projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as the link between the Director of Technical and all Project Managers, ensuring effective planning, communication, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination across various projects. The role focuses on governance, coordination, accountability, and performance monitoring rather than direct site supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Program Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across the Group.
- Develop and maintain the overall program implementation schedule.
- Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings and implementation plans.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure projects follow approved methodologies, SOPs, and company standards.
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies.
Project Management Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate all Project Managers.
- Ensure Project Managers deliver projects within approved scope, timeline, and budget.
- Review project implementation plans before execution.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs.
- Hold weekly review meetings with Project Managers.
- Provide guidance and support to Project Managers.
- Escalate major issues requiring executive intervention.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reports.
- Track project progress using approved project management tools.
- Prepare dashboards showing project status.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Present project performance updates to the Director of Technical.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate communication among Project Managers, consultants, contractors, clients, and management.
- Ensure stakeholders receive timely project updates.
- Manage expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate resolution of project conflicts.
Risk Management
- Identify project risks across all programs.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk registers.
- Escalate critical risks promptly.
- Coordinate contingency planning.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure projects comply with approved specifications.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate quality review meetings.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Promote continuous improvement.
Resource Coordination
