Job Summary

Proactively Performs Network Fulfilment activities. Highlights issues and drives resolution when required.

Responsibilities

Network Fulfilment

  • Performs Network Service fulfilment for quote to cash transactional tickets for all network and datacenter products (Interconnections, IX, ECX etc.)
  • Picks up where OTA has failed and fulfils the order based on customer requirements while maintaining SLA targets

Problem Solving/Assessment

  • Applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues
  • Assists in identifying process gaps and issues
  • Dynamic forward thinking to ensure customers are not impacted by process/technical failures

Release Management

  • Documents business requirements
  • Supports in developing cross-functional BRDs
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
  • Assist in performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Reports back to the track lead on testing progress
  • Aids in updating process and procedural documentation
  • Assists with post deployment analysis

Project Management

  • Supports project plans and resources, tracking timelines and ensuring status updates are periodically communicated
  • May help identify risks and issues

Reporting and Metrics

  • Supports status reporting providing periodic project updates, communicating identified risks, issues and concerns
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting

CSI

  • Takes part in cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts
  • Updates CSI and Issues logs ensuring the relevant detail is provided

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 4-5 years' related experience required
  • Candidates with CFOT/CFOS would be at an advantage
