We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our plant operations and drive excellence across production, logistics, sales, and regulatory compliance.Position Summary:The Operations Supervisor will serve as the overall head of the plant, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production and distribution, managing sales performance, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure the company’s goals are met.Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight•Supervise and optimize all aspects of water production and packaging.•Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols.•Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules.Logistics & Supply Chain•Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain activities.•Oversee transportation and distribution of finished products.•Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.Sales & Business Development•Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.•Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction.•Collaborate with the marketing team to promote brand visibility.Compliance & Regulatory Affairs•Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.•Maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies.•Lead internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.Leadership & Administration•Lead and motivate plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.•Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.•Liaise with senior management to align plant operations with company objectives.Qualifications & Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG or water bottling industry.•Strong knowledge of production systems, logistics, and regulatory compliance.•Proven leadership and team management skills.•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem - solving abilities.Key Competencies:•Strategic Planning & Execution•Operational Efficiency•Quality Assurance•Regulatory Compliance•Team LeadershipCustomer Focus
