About the Role

The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) is a chartered, prestigious body of eminent credit management elites, empowered by law to control, supervise, and regulate the credit management profession in Nigeria. The institute preserves, promotes, and protects the integrity and interests of credit business across all sectors of the economy.

NICA is expanding its membership nationwide and is seeking energetic, driven graduates for a 3-month Membership Drive Graduate Trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize professionals across different fields, MSMEs, youth, and women to join NICA.
• Represent NICA at events, schools, and corporate drives.
• Educate Nigerians on the power of credit and NICA’s professional certifications.
• Work directly with NICA’s Membership Services Department.

What You Get

• Monthly payable allowance: ₦150,000.00 for 3 months (total ₦450,000.00).

Requirements

• HND/BSc graduate with NYSC completed/discharge certificate.
• Excellent communication and hustle skills, with ability for sales/marketing.
• Age: 22–35 years. Must love people, targets, and productivity.
• Location: Starting at Lagos HQ. Applicants must live in or near these areas: Lekki, Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Victoria Island, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, or other areas not far from Lagos Island.
• Must be ready and available to resume immediately if successful in the interview.
