Role - Marketing and Brand strategy Executive Industry - Fashion houseSalary - 250,000 Monthly Location - LekkiResponsibility •Set specific marketing goals•Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets•Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic•Analyze sales and marketing metrics•Establishing expectations and guidelines for the company’s voice to guide all marketing collateral and information across channels•Analyzing data and trends related to brandingChecking for branding consistency in all interactions •Presenting branding information to clients or managers•Meeting with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign•Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy•Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the company's goals•Creating documentation and project briefs about marketing initiatives•Monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development•Tracking results of marketing strategiesAdjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectationsRequirements •Minimum of 3Years work experience as a Creative strategist or Marketing manager•Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)•In - depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems•Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics•Understanding of web design•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)•Comfort with technology, including spreadsheets, presentation software and content management systems•Understanding of marketing principles and strategies•Public speaking skills, with the ability to lead presentations and meetings•Excellent research skills•Creativity and strategic thinking•Leadership skills and the ability to take charge
