Responsibilities

- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed project resources is essential.
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
