Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on infrastructure development (e.g., civil, construction, energy).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
