Strong sales execution and client relationship skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationIdentify, source, and manage new leads from multiple channels.Promote and sell Tribitat’s property offerings to prospective clients.Conduct property tours, follow - ups, negotiations, and close sales.Prepare proposals, offers, and sales documentation.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Marketing & Lead GenerationDevelop and implement personal marketing strategies.Leverage social media, networking, and referrals for client acquisition.Collaborate with the internal marketing team to boost brand visibility and conversion.Stay updated on market insights, competitor activities, and pricing trends.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in real estate sales or marketing.Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market (Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, etc.).Self - motivated, target - driven, and results - oriented.Must be able to deliver measurable results within the contract period.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary + CommissionOfficial car for client tours and meetingsCompany phone for communicationAccess to verified property listingsSupport from an established real estate development teamHow to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: careers@tribitatrealestate.comEmail Subject:Application – Internal Sales & Marketing Executive
