Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide first-line ICT support by resolving hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Maintain ICT equipment and applications.

System Maintenance

Network Management

• Support the administration, security, and maintenance of network infrastructure.

CCTV Management

• Install, monitor, maintain, and report on CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance and system reliability.

Social Media Management

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate ICT records and documentation while preparing reports on system performance, support activities, and issue resolution.

Training and User Education

Vendor Coordination
