Job Title: Sales Executive - HVACLocation: Port Harcourt, RiversIndustry: HVACSalary: N250,000 / Month with other sales benefits.Job SummaryOur client is looking for a forward - thinking person to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively being responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the assigned territory.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for identifying business growth/ promotion platforms around the markets and liaising with the respective internal stakeholders to enhance opportunities for tapping into such opportunitiesAssess opportunities and drive new product introduction offerings to meet customer requirements and achieve revenue targets.RequirementsQualifications required to fulfill the role:Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in any disciplineExperience in the HVAC industry.Specific work experience, knowledge, and skills required to fulfil the role:At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the sale of HVAC systemsPrevious experience in the HVAC industry would be an advantageCommercial awareness – ability to identify opportunities and take actionOperating in to business environmentA broader understanding of economic drivers is preferredProven technical competence – understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate for commercial benefitThorough knowledge of business process (forecasting, sales reports, presentation skills, supply chain)Experience in market research (market trends, competition) for the annual budget processPrevious experience in working in accordance with Sales Policies, procedures and internal control measures.Experience in Key Accounts, Distribution and Project salesProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong negotiation and persuasion skills.Resilient, able to work under pressure, and deal effectively with high - stress situations.
