Role Purpose

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within a diverse workforce in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across Nigeria.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and support managers in employee development.

• HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and diversity objectives.

• Data & Reporting: Maintain HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, ideally in Nigeria or similar multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
