About the Role

This is strictly an on-site role in Ikeja, Lagos. Remote applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR routine work, staff attendance, and employee profile files
• Complete full cycle recruitment, resume screening, interview arrangement, and employee onboarding
• Assist with and prepare for headhunting and high-end talent sourcing business
• Collect local candidate resources and build up the company talent pool
• Follow up with mid and senior level candidates and maintain long-term talent connections
• Cooperate with talent background checks and recruitment arrangements
• Keep all company business and talent information strictly confidential

Requirements

• 1-3 years working experience in the Nigeria local HR field
• Candidates with headhunting or talent sourcing experience are highly preferred
• Candidates who can speak both English and Chinese are highly preferred
• Familiar with the Lagos local job market and recruitment channels
• Honest, careful, reliable, with strong communication and execution skills
• Full-time on site, strictly follow company rules and red line policy
