The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources activities within the assigned location, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, staff welfare, training, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Oversee performance management activities.
  • Handle employee relations matters and grievance resolution.
  • Implement disciplinary procedures where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
