Laboria is looking for an experienced Head of Technical Services to lead our engineering and technical operations while driving the growth of our technical services business.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and technical partners. Develop service offerings that improve customer retention and profitability. Monitor departmental performance against revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in laboratory, medical equipment, diagnostics, biomedical engineering, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and improve operational performance.
  • Commercial mindset with experience growing service revenue.
  • Proven ability to sell technical products and services, with a track record of achieving or contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical excellence and business performance.
