Role Purpose

The Head of Growth will own and drive the company’s end-to-end growth strategy across customer acquisition, revenue expansion, partnerships, and market penetration. This role is responsible for building scalable growth engines, identifying new business opportunities, and accelerating the adoption of the company’s fintech products across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments.

The role requires a commercially driven executive with deep experience in growth strategy, business development, partnerships, and go-to-market execution within regulated financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s long-term vision and revenue targets
    • Identify, test, and scale multiple growth channels including digital, partnerships, enterprise sales, and distribution networks
    • Own growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion
  • Business Development & Partnerships
    • Lead high-impact partnerships with banks, fintechs, telcos, merchants, platforms, and ecosystem players
    • Structure commercial models including revenue share, commissions, and strategic alliances
    • Identify new markets, verticals, and distribution opportunities
    • Lead enterprise and institutional business development initiatives
  • Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
    • Oversee acquisition strategies across digital marketing, performance marketing, referrals, agents, and field sales
    • Drive go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market launches
    • Ensure strong alignment between product, marketing, sales, and operations teams
    • Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) while maximizing lifetime value (LTV)
  • Revenue Growth & Monetization
    • Drive revenue expansion through upsell, cross-sell, pricing optimization, and new product monetization
    • Own revenue forecasts, growth pipelines, and conversion performance
    • Work closely with finance and product teams to improve unit economics and profitability
  • Data, Analytics & Experimentation
    • Establish a data-driven growth culture using experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics
    • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track growth metrics and ROI
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies that accelerate growth
  • Team Leadership & Execution
    • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing growth, business development, and partnership teams
    • Define clear structures, roles, and performance metrics
    • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15+ years’ experience in growth, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record scaling fintech, digital financial services, or technology-driven platforms
  • Strong experience navigating regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
  • Demonstrated success building partnerships and driving revenue growth at scale
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and boards
