Responsibilities:
Growth & Revenue Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven growth and sales strategy focused on user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation.
- Define measurable KPIs (user growth, subscriptions, ad revenue, engagement metrics) and deliver results through agile execution.
- Work hands-on with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Content) to roll out initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
Retail & Consumer Sales:
- Lead campaigns to grow the customer base, increase digital engagement, and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch and optimise acquisition initiatives, influencer collaborations, and community activations.
- Use analytics and performance data to optimise sales funnels and improve customer lifetime value.
Corporate Sales & Partnerships:
- Identify and secure strategic corporate relationships with brands for a range of collaborative initiatives.
- Develop and pitch B2B collaborations, bundle offers, and co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and market presence.
- Negotiate and manage long-term corporate accounts with a focus on commercial value and partnership growth.
Advertising & Sponsorship Sales:
- Lead ad sales and monetisation efforts, including branded content, sponsorships, and digital ad placements.
- Create compelling advertising packages for brands and agencies, backed by audience insights and performance data.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agencies and brand partners to grow ad revenue streams.
Strategic Partnerships (Public & Private Sectors):
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships across private and public sectors to strengthen the company’s footprint locally and globally.
- Engage government agencies, development institutions, and public enterprises to build Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives that promote digital access, creative industry growth, and cultural engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, educational, and cultural organisations to expand ecosystem impact.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements aligned with business growth objectives.
Leadership, Reporting & Execution:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams executing growth and partnership initiatives, maintaining a hands-on role in delivery.
- Develop and maintain weekly performance dashboards (for senior management) to track KPIs, sales progress, and campaign outcomes.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to the COO and executive leadership.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven work culture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably within digital media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth through strategic sales and partnership initiatives.
- Experience engaging public sector stakeholders and implementing PPP initiatives is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital user acquisition, ad monetisation, and growth analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Remuneration: NGN 1,200,000 Net + Performance Bonuses + Partnership Commission
