Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager, Sales to lead and drive sales performance across FMCG operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector, with a strong track record of building high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional and national sales teams to drive high performance.
