Role Description This is a full - time, on - site role for a Facilities Manager based in Lekki. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day - to - day operations and maintenance of properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and aesthetically appealing. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with tenants or property owners. The Facilities Manager will also monitor supplier performance, handle vendor contracts, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong expertise in Property Management, Facilities Maintenance, and Vendor CoordinationSkills in Budget Management, Cost - Control, and Financial ReportingProficiency in Health and Safety Regulations, Risk Assessment, and Compliance ProceduresProven ability in Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Performance ManagementExcellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem - Solving skillsProficiency in maintenance management software and tools is an advantageExperience in facility management for residential, commercial, or leisure properties is preferredBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
