Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prioritize, screen, and coordinate requests to ensure effective use of the Director's time.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and executive documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders across business units and regions.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data from various departments.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and executive performance reports.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and interpretation.
  • Translate complex data into concise insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reading materials, and background research.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director to capture minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Produce post-meeting summaries and insight reports highlighting key outcomes and implications.
  • Track action items across departments and follow up to ensure timely execution.
  • Support the monitoring of strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director's office and senior leadership teams.
  • Manage personal logistics, travel, appointments, and confidential personal matters for the Director as required.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the Director's personal and professional commitments.
