We are seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support the effectiveness of a top executive within a group of companies.
Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prioritize, screen, and coordinate requests to ensure effective use of the Director's time.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and executive documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders across business units and regions.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data from various departments.
- Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and executive performance reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and interpretation.
- Translate complex data into concise insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
- Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reading materials, and background research.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director to capture minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Produce post-meeting summaries and insight reports highlighting key outcomes and implications.
- Track action items across departments and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Support the monitoring of strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums.
- Act as a liaison between the Director's office and senior leadership teams.
- Manage personal logistics, travel, appointments, and confidential personal matters for the Director as required.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the Director's personal and professional commitments.
