Job Overview

The Enterprise Channel Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing the channel strategy for Huawei's enterprise business portfolio in the region. This role includes developing strong relationships with partners, driving channel performance, and ensuring the effective implementation of channel policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Implementation:

  • Understand and execute the corporate channel strategy and regional business strategy.
  • Gain insights into business opportunities and participate in developing and executing the channel strategy for the enterprise business in the region.

Channel Development and Performance:

  • Complete channel development in the region and achieve channel performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain medium- and long-term cooperative relationships with various partners.

Partner Management:

  • Develop, nurture, support, and manage channel partners in the region.
  • Implement specific actions related to branding, order management, and partner support.

Policy Implementation and Conflict Resolution:

  • Transfer and implement channel policies in the region promptly.
  • Work closely with the account manager team and other relevant departments to handle channel conflicts.
  • Maintain continuous growth of performance and achieve channel sales and cash collection targets.

Resource Integration and Goal Achievement:

  • Integrate internal and external resources to help channel partners effectively achieve business goals.
  • Foster win-win results for both Huawei and its channel partners.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
  • Minimum of 7 years solutions Channel sales and/ or Channel account management experience involving large, complex projects in Oil&Gas, Energy, and Public/Government sectors in enterprise products, with a strong customer network in the Oil&Gas, Energy, and Public/Government Sector organisations.
  • Understand the products and solutions of major ICT vendors, such as network, storage, and servers.
  • Understanding of the enterprise channel business.
  • Experience in organizing large-scale branding activities and developing relevant capabilities.
  • Understanding of channel expansion modes.
