Job Description

The e-Learning Developer is required to;

  • Develop Storyboard into e-Learning Content
  • Designing and creating engaging, effective e-learning courses. This includes creating SCORM content using storyline and other e-learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release; uploading courses on the Learning Management System
  • Maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of SCORM technologies
  • Excellent skills in Rapid Authoring tools such as Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Java script, CSS)
  • High degree of proficiency with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft office applications

Qualifications

  • HND/Degree in relevant subject with at least 2 years+ experience as an eLearning Developer
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to work without constant supervision
  • Passionate about creating great interactive learning
  • A keen interest in all learning technologies
  • Good communication skills –written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Fast Learner
