About the Role

The key purpose of this role is to manage and develop relationships with existing and potential Distributors in line with the 3rd party distribution strategy to meet distribution targets.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities

• Channel Management & Execution: Ensure distribution strategy and plans are understood for execution.
• Monitoring and tracking of RTIs.
• Conduct periodic stock counts.
• Ensure accuracy of Distributor stock position on Kuja.
• Tracking and timely reporting of Stock age across DB warehouses.
• Ensure stable distribution network aligns with company strategy.
• Ensure periodic account reconciliation (monthly).
• Ability to influence sell-in of focus brands.
• Ensure distributor's logistics infrastructure aligns with company requirements.
• Collate and communicate all information regarding competition.
• Establish Distributor Management process for the area.
• Ensure Distributors understand commercial terms with the company for the benefit of both parties.
• Conduct analysis of distributor performance.
• Monitor distributor financial performance/profitability.

Key Attributes and Competencies

• Good knowledge of distribution processes, costs, and optimization solutions.
• Good knowledge of Kuja and SAP.
• Good knowledge of the distributor environment in the allocated area.
• Budgeting and process techniques know-how.

Profile: Education

• Minimum of a first degree.
• B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration or any other related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' related sales experience.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
