Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a detail - oriented Data Analyst to support data - driven decision - making and business intelligence efforts. The ideal candidate will collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources, develop dashboards and reports, and generate actionable insights that enhance recruitment efficiency, client success, and overall operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organise data from multiple sources (CRM, HR systems, recruitment platforms, client databases, etc.).Analyse workforce trends, recruitment funnel efficiency, client success metrics, and talent performance.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and client use.Collaborate with cross - functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Support analysis of promotional campaigns, advertisements, and consumer engagement across the FMCG landscape.Contribute to data reporting for sustainability and international compliance requirements.Identify opportunities for automation, forecasting, and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.Strong analytical and problem - solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate across teams.Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).German language proficiency is an added advantage (not mandatory).
