About the Role
We are seeking a Country and Cluster Workplace Lead to supervise the function and duties of workplace leads within our organization. This role involves providing formal supervision to individual employees within a single functional or operational area.
Responsibilities
- Approve subordinate recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination; effectively recommend same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval.
- Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.
- Prepare and deliver performance appraisals for staff; mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with company values.
- Prepare, control, and monitor service agreements in accordance with budgetary agreements.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators and take remedial action as needed to ensure required standards are maintained and continuously improved across the full range of buildings.
- Compile and maintain all required management information and records related to company, health and safety, and other related records, including asset registers, emergency plans, and management reports.
- Develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided for operational needs, and attend tenant meetings as applicable.
- Ensure the building fabric (both externally and internally) is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets.
- Be responsible for all health and safety compliance onsite, including that of third-party service provider contracts; ensure shared portals are regularly updated and monitored per Health and Safety requirements.
- Oversee third-party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with agreed contracts, including all KPIs and KRIs.
- Ensure fire and other evacuations are carried out regularly per health and safety requirements; ensure emergency plans and related site maps are continually updated for all properties, including those managed by reportees as applicable.
- Monitor budget and spend and develop cost-saving initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Proactively manage risk and address assurance, insurance, and governance issues onsite.
- Manage major work programs onsite, acting as the liaison point for all involved parties.
- Produce management reports in accordance with business needs.
- Liaise with the building manager and procurement department to ensure compilation of external contracts and that all procurement needs are carried out in line with company policy.
- Monitor FM works and projects onsite and liaise with service providers and subcontractors.
- Perform any other duties as per business needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification with relevant experience.
Additional Support
Support CDI Site Operations Management by providing support to JLL partner's GPFI FM team in CDI with engineering support, PPM schedules, task systems, EHS, and quality compliance.
