Role Description

This is a remote role for a Content & Growth Marketing Specialist. The specialist will focus on creating compelling content, developing strategies, managing content workflow, and crafting promotional messaging. The Role

You will be responsible for designing, producing, and managing content for:

  • BADE’s own social platforms and new website blog
  • Client-facing content across healthcare, education, and retail brands

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role suited to someone who is creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and produce social media content (static, carousel, short-form video)
  • Support blog and thought-leadership content (writing, layout, visuals)
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips)
  • Adapt content for different audiences and platforms
  • Support content creation for BADE clients where required
  • Manage content calendars and basic social publishing
  • Spot trends, opportunities, and content angles without being prompted

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media
  • Strong skills across graphics, writing, and video editing
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and formats
  • Proactive, organised, and able to think on their feet
  • Able to take direction but also work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
