We are seeking a strategic Commercial Manager who goes beyond account management, someone who can identify high-value market opportunities, develop compelling and innovative service offerings, and strengthen our market positioning. In this role, Ideal candidate will build and nurture strong client relationships while effectively aligning our complex service solutions with the evolving needs of clients across the FMCG, Tech, Manufacturing, and related sectors. This high-impact role drives the full commercial lifecycle, from market penetration to client retention. You will streamline the sales pipeline for consistent growth, collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings, and act as a trusted advisor for client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and penetrate high-growth opportunities within Professional Services, Tech, Telco, FMCG, and Manufacturing and other targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline with precise forecasting and conversion metrics.
  • Lead the development of bespoke, high-value proposals and competitive pitches.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research on pricing benchmarks, competitor movements, and emerging industry needs.
  • Work cross-functionally to "optimize" our HR services, ensuring they remain relevant and high-margin.
  • Implement a structured "Key Account Management" framework to ensure client retention.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service lines Recruitment, LSP, Outsourcing.
  • Act as an actionable point of escalation for client satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
  • Own the CRM data integrity and deliver weekly/monthly commercial performance dashboards.
  • Monitor client profitability and margins to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure all commercial contracts and pricing structures align with internal governance and risk standards.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years’ experience in B2B commercial roles, with a strong track record in HR services, Technology, or Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, you don’t just sell; you design and price services to balance market competitiveness with profitability.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to lead, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence senior management effectively.
