Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Co-Founder of the PanAfrican Build Network. The Co-Founder will collaborate to shape the strategic direction and vision of PABN while driving its growth and operational success. Key responsibilities include spearheading partnership development, managing day-to-day operations, leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting in-depth research, and fostering collaboration within the pan-African building community. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in expanding PABN's reach and delivering meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess data for strategic decision-making
• Exceptional Communication skills, including leadership and public speaking abilities
• Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing with an innovative approach to driving growth
• Proficiency in Research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the African technical and economic landscape
• Start-up or entrepreneurial experience, particularly within collaborative or community-driven projects, is a plus
• Demonstrated passion for pan-African development and innovation
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, self-directed environment
• Relevant education or experience in business, technology, or related fields
