Outbound Goods & Order Security

  • Cross-check all pharmaceutical products leaving the facility against approved invoices, delivery notes, batch records, and waybills.
  • Verify product names, batch numbers, quantities, and packaging integrity before dispatch.
  • Ensure only authorized and released products exit the premises in line with QA approval.

Supervision & Compliance

  • Supervise security guards assigned to the premises.
  • Ensure guards adhere strictly to pharmaceutical security protocols and SOPs.
  • Monitor guard conduct and report breaches, negligence, or non-compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs for dispatched goods, vehicles, and drivers.
  • Ensure compliance of internal security requirements.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged products, or suspected diversion immediately.

Security Enforcement

  • Prevent theft, diversion, contamination, or unauthorized movement of pharmaceutical products.
  • Enforce controlled access to dispatch, warehouse, and loading areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND additional certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, warehouse, or regulated-environment security is preferred.
  • Ability to read and verify pharmaceutical documentation.
