The role involves supervising security guards, verifying all pharmaceutical products leaving the premises, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Outbound Goods & Order Security
- Cross-check all pharmaceutical products leaving the facility against approved invoices, delivery notes, batch records, and waybills.
- Verify product names, batch numbers, quantities, and packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Ensure only authorized and released products exit the premises in line with QA approval.
Supervision & Compliance
- Supervise security guards assigned to the premises.
- Ensure guards adhere strictly to pharmaceutical security protocols and SOPs.
- Monitor guard conduct and report breaches, negligence, or non-compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs for dispatched goods, vehicles, and drivers.
- Ensure compliance of internal security requirements.
- Report discrepancies, damaged products, or suspected diversion immediately.
Security Enforcement
- Prevent theft, diversion, contamination, or unauthorized movement of pharmaceutical products.
- Enforce controlled access to dispatch, warehouse, and loading areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND additional certification is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, warehouse, or regulated-environment security is preferred.
- Ability to read and verify pharmaceutical documentation.
