Role Overview

This role is for a builder, not a bystander.

You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing projects for the company while also identifying and onboarding investors and strategic partners. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to shape deal structures, partnerships, and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and close software development and technology projects
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads

  • Convert leads into long-term clients and partnerships
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and structure projects accurately

Partnerships & Investor Relations

  • Source and engage angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners
  • Pitch the company vision, products, and growth opportunities
  • Support fundraising efforts, demos, and investor meetings
  • Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem players

Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Identify new markets, industries, and revenue opportunities
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to go-to-market and growth strategies
  • Represent the company at tech events, pitch sessions, and networking forums

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within a tech or software company
  • Strong understanding of selling software projects and digital solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in projects and close deals
  • Experience or exposure to startup fundraising and investor engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong network within the tech, startup, or investment ecosystem is a major plus
