Job Title: Business Development Executive.Location: Lagos, NigeriaAbout the Role:Our client is seeking results - driven BDEs for Asset Management/Investment Products and Lending/Deposit Mobilization. The role involves acquiring new clients, growing assets under management or deposits, and driving revenue, with support from marketing, compliance, operations, and client experience teams.Key Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and manage relationships with mid - size corporates, large corporates, HNIs, and multinationals.Achieve growth targets:Senior BDE (Asset Management): 15–25 clients, N8bn transaction volume, N11bn AUM, Net revenue N240 M.Deposit Mobilization: N3bn annual deposits, N200 M monthly new deposits.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.Requirements:Senior BDE (Asset Management): 5–8 years experience.Deposit Mobilization: Proven experienceStrong relationship management, sales track record, and financial product knowledge.Compensation:Senior BDE: N2.5M–N3.5M monthly grossDeposit Mobilization: N2M net
