About The RoleWe are hiring an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth, visibility, and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine analytical insight with creative excellence to strengthen brand equity and market share.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns. Oversee product packaging, pricing, and promotional communication. Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and growth opportunities. Manage budgets and collaborate with creative and media agencies. Track and analyze brand performance metrics and ROI.Requirements B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG brand management. Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and project management skills.
