Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding and Tendering Executive to manage tender opportunities, coordinate bid submissions, and support business growth through successful contract acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from public and private sector clients.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, EOIs, and other tender documents.
- Coordinate end-to-end bid preparation and submission processes.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with requirements.
- Maintain tender calendars, bid libraries, and submission records.
- Liaise with technical, finance, operations, HR, and legal teams to gather proposal information.
- Manage registrations and submissions on procurement portals such as NipeX and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure all company certifications and supporting documents are up to date.
- Support bid presentations, clarification meetings, and client negotiations.
- Track bid outcomes and prepare tender performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bidding, tendering, proposal management, or business development.
- Proven track record of preparing and submitting successful tenders.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender regulations, and contract management.
